Ingredients
3/4 cup unsweetened natural cocoa powder
1 stick margarine, melted and cooled
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla (or coffee) extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spread mixture in a greased 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove pan from oven and cool for at least 3 to 4 hours, or overnight, before cutting and serving.
