INGREDIENTS:
Crust
3 cups Flour
¼ cup + 2 T Sugar
¾ cup Butter softened
¾ tsp Salt
Filling
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 ½ cups Sugar
1 ⅓ Cups Corn Syrup
3 T Butter, melted
1 tsp Vanilla
2 ½ cups Pecans, chopped
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients for crust until crumbly. Press firmly into a parchment lined, 9 x 13 pan. Bake about 20 minuted or until light golden brown.
Prepare filling by stirring all ingredients. Pour and spread evenly over baked layer. Bake until filling is set, about 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
