Fudge! I love chocolate fudge and I have tried to make fudge a couple of times and I’ve never quite gotten it right. Until now…this is easy and very yummy! It feels like Christmas now!
Directions
Melt 1/2 stick of butter, 4 cups of marshmallows, 1 cup cream, 2 cups sugar and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Simmer, stirring 5 minutes. Off the heat, stir in 3 cups of chocolate chips until smooth. Spread in foil-lined 9 x 13 inch pan. Let cool and cut into squares.
