At the request of my husband…and thanks to Aunt Dorothy for the recipe!
Ingredients
1 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup ground blanched almonds
1/4 tsp salt
1 2/3 cup flour
Directions
Cream butter and sugar. Add remainder of ingredients. Chill for several hours.
When ready to bake, pinch off pieces the size of your little finger, roll between hands and shape like a crescent.
Bake on baking sheet lined with parchment paper at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool on wire racks, then carefully in powdered sugar. (Careful, they break easily!)
